BreathPlay  TESTIMONIALS

When I walk, I always use BreathPlay.  It gives me the power to walk further than I could have imagined, with less fatigue.  I’ve had symptoms of asthma since I was a kid in the 1930s.  As it is, I can only stand up straight with great difficulty.  BreathPlay allows me to walk effectively with less forward tilt.  BreathPlay has given me the courage to continue my love of canoeing.  Even last summer, I enjoyed paddling a lake in the Adirondacks.  BreathPlay was my partner with every stroke.

I practice BreathPlay daily when I walk.  It gives me a surge of energy walking up and down the hills of San Francisco.  Then, whenever I become aware of my muscles tightening up or my breathing being shallow, I take a brief break to do BreathPlay, to alter the situation and bring me back to balance.  I might be waiting at a red light, or in a bank line, or in the waiting room of a health provider.  While working, BreathPlay relaxes me, clears up my mind and helps me focus.  BreathPlay, a purely natural medium, sure beats coffee and steroids!

I don’t like to take medicine – I’ll try anything first.  Shortly after I learned BreathPlay five years ago, I got hooked on it because it helped me reduced my menstrual pain.  It also helps me manage heart palpitations and relaxes me when I’m in the bathroom.  Now I do BreathPlay at least twice a day, just for the fun of it.

From the moment I learned BreathPlay, I connected with it.  I have been increasingly stressed out, feeling tense, my head aching, my feet cramping.  During the BreathPlay workshop, I felt the tension leave, from my head down to my toes.  I entered a deeply relaxed state.  The next day, my co-workers told me I was glowing!

After taking the BreathPlay workshop, I have applied the BreathPlay techniques to my daily exercise routine and the effect has been fantastic. I am able to do more, longer. Finally, I felt as though I am getting a full and complete work-out.  Thanks for a great and informative class.

Drugs don’t help you exhale. BreathPlay’s focus on the outbreath gave me hope.

Once you have a breathing problem, you have an anatomical change.  Drugs don’t work. BreathPlay let me keep playing longer.
